In addition to the industry leading Trimble R8 GNSS, Trimble is pleased to introduce three new GPS receivers: Trimble R6 GPS receiver, Trimble R5 GPS receiver & Trimble R4 GPS receiver.
Be ready for anything with the new Trimble R6 GPS receiver system. The Trimble R6 combines advanced GNSS technology with the scalability and flexibility to adapt and grow as business needs change. Now with L2C included and optional GLONASS support, the Trimble R6 provides fast initialization and continued tracking through difficult GNSS environments. With the option to upgrade to GLONASS, customers can be confident that the Trimble R6 will continue to deliver return-on-investment, for years to come. The Trimble R6 is an integrated receiver system with GPS antenna, receiver and internal communications in a small, rugged package. It can be configured with a cellular modem for convenient operation with Trimble VRS™ networks, or with UHF radio for RTK base/rover applications. Usable with a variety of Trimble controllers and field and office software, the Trimble R6 is flexible, scalable, and ready for anything.
The new Trimble R5 GPS System is one receiver with many configurations. The modular system enables customers to choose the GPS antennas and communications options that best serve the needs of the application. Fixed to a tripod, secured on a rover pole, or stowed in a backpack, the Trimble R5 is ideal for any surveying task from control, measurement, design, stakeout to as-built work. With an optional built-in UHF radio modem, it can receive RTK communications quickly and easily. With GPS L1, L2, and L2C included and the GLONASS option, it can track more satellites in challenging environments.
The ideal solution for surveyors that need proven, straightforward GPS technology that performs under the most rigorous conditions, the new Trimble R4 with Trimble Digital Fieldbook™ software delivers when every point counts. The system comes standard with GPS L1 and L2, and offers an optional upgrade to GLONASS. With an optional integrated UHF transmitter, it can also be used as a base station. With the easy to use Trimble Digital Fieldbook™ software, surveyors can use the system in VRS or RTK applications, and for static surveying work. Built on proven Trimble technologies, the cable-free Trimble R4 is an accurate and reliable GPS system that customers can depend on.
